KIPping Again!
Tonight the Wichita KIP group descended on the Bean Scene way the hell out on West 13th St. There were probably 18 of us there, including a few little girls. I had so much fun and found out that I hadn't screwed up my needle case the way I thought I had. Apparently, I accidentally did a really complicated stitch that makes an eyelet or buttonhole and it really shouldn't make a difference once I get the piece felted. So woooohooo! I don't have to frog the whole damned thing and start over again!
I just finished Rhiannon's scarf and should get the one for Devon started. I'll have to pick up another skein of the yarn for it, but hey, I still have half of a skein left and can get started on it. I hope that Hobby Lobby has some of the Icelandic Jewels yarn left that's on sale for .99 that isn't butt-ugly. I really would like to pick up a few skeins to make a few more scaves for Christmas.
My DVR just turned itself off. It's probably having another wig-out. I swear those things are such crap unless you make them give you a new one. Cox is so gonna hear from me if it just ate everything that I had recorded!
