The dinner was a success. WOO.
Everyone was happy. The extra marination was definitely worth it. I'm really proud of myself.. It was a lot of work to do it in a different kitchen, and was definitely alien to cook without even a chef hat. It's funny how that uniform gets me in the zone. But once things got rolling, I pounded out the food and it was well worth it.
