She giggles and takes the dohickey, as she continually calls it, and begins to press the buttons and make Indy on the screen move about.

Moon, it should be noted, is not adept at this.

"You sure about that?" she asks with another laugh as she makes Indy do her bidding.

Which happens to be running off the very same gap.

"I like making him squish."

Both Indy's groan: one in a last pained breath from his broken state at the bottom of the crevice, and one in defeated exasperation from the sofa.

"Quit it," the latter one says.

"S'not funny. I can almost feel his pain."

Moon leans against him, giggling and holding out the control.

"If you know what I'm gonna do to him, why give me the dohickey?"

"'Cause I'm trying to play nice, and let you share the experience and stuff."

Indy accepts the controller from her and hunches over, eyes focusing determinedly on the screen again.

"Just watching someone play isn't much fun."

He knows this because he's often resigned to just watching for long periods when Mike or Mel are at the helm on single player games.
