Admin post - banned user
We have just banned someone/something from this LJ for commenting in Cyrillic. We have no idea whether it was a genuine comment or something from a spambot, although we suspect the latter. However this is probably a sensible moment to point out - which we never expected to have to say - that comments made here should be in English only. (We would be willing to make an exception for flawless mediaeval French, but only if your name happens to be 'Montjoy'.)
Commenting in a language we don't understand will warrant an automatic, immediate and permanent ban. That's just the way it is when you're dealing with absolute and tyrannical rulers, unfortunately.
