Gosh it's cold outside!
As I prepared to go outside to shovel the thin layer of snow on my house's stairway, I saw this on the TWN website:
My hands were shivering cold and my nasal airway's humidity froze to sticky icicles when I breathed the super cold air. Gusts made me drop my shovel and cover my face with my arms.
Being super cold, the air was so dense that I could clearly hear the whiny engine sounds from jets passing over me, as if they flew less than 500 ft above ground level! :o
