Michael came home from visiting MIT yesterday. He learned that we are NOT supposed to go to MIT. He said it wasn't a very favorable experience. The professors were snobby, the culture is snobby, and it's just way too expensive. And quite frankly the main difference between MIT and UIUC is the name. UIUC is #2 in the nation in his program, costs less to live there and he can essentially get the same level of quality education.
We still have to visit Cornell, which is our #2 choice. I'm extremely excited to go out there!
It feels like I'm just plowing through each day. I can't wait until the 2nd week of June. No more waking up at 5:00am!
