Author’s Note: Oh God. My first fan-fiction. So excited. It's just a drabble for the 1D100 comm. The challenge this week was Valentines :)
“Baby.”
Zayn grunts at the voice and shushes at it with an incoherent mumble.
“Baby!”
Louis is sitting on top of him now, straddling him and Zayn tells him grumpily to go away.
“Come on babe.”
Louis’ voice is clingy and Zayn can practically see the pout on his face.
“Wake up!”
A finger is burying itself into Zayn’s side and a sharp cry escapes him. He pulls his duvet over his body and turns around, ignoring the older boy further.
“Babe!” The voice is demanding.
“Zayn! Zayn! Zayn!”
“What?” Zayn finally snaps and looks up into two, startling blue eyes.
A sheepish smile is on Louis’ face, his lips trapped between his teeth, gnawing carefully on them.
“It’s Valentine's” he explains. “I wanted to tell you I love you.”
A warm feeling spreads through Zayn’s body, all the way to his fingers.
“Oh” he thinks slowly. It’s Valentine’s Day.
