(no subject)
Last night was FPWA. The house was down from last time and it was kind of a bummer. The last show we had an excellent turnout, I don't know what happened this time. Nevertheless, we put on an excellent show. There were a few no shows of talent for the show and call offs, but overall I think the show went over quite nicely. I wrestled Black Knight. I was a little nervous about how the match would go over because I've only wrestled someone who was SOO much bigger than I am twice before (Bruce and Seal). Needless to say I was a little worried about how to work. That was a concern and the crowd was pretty much dead. When it was go time though, Knight and I put on a good show. The crowd was popping so I felt our match was a success.
The I watched part of the show and from what I saw it was pretty decent. I think the number of matches might be an issue. The quality is good, the quantity is too much.
Now for my random thoughts:
-I had forgotten how the Wrestleplex ring felt. It was a little hard, but ok
-I wonder if we will go through the list of hurricanes this year
-I'm glad to see the Lightning Back on the ICE
-I didnt see Smackdown, but looked at the PICs on the WWE website and I saw Kennedy with a mic that looked like it came down from the ceiling....i believe i called that one.
- I finally saw Paul Burchill on the website exclusive matches...he looks good. I like him
-Ultimate Fighter is an ultimate joke this season so far.
-I cant wait for the Bret Hart and Jake Roberts DVD's
