"And now these three remain : faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love". love is what we all strive for in our lives. Isnt it a great tradgity to see what people put themselves through to acquire acceptance and love. from being an alcoholic to a rapist to a perfectionist to just a child tryin to fit in with a certain group. for example my friend byron will get completely drunk and threaten to drive his truck, just so he can get people to say they love him and they dont want him to drive drunk. He thrives on stuff like that, is there not a better way to go about recieveing love? even at this level love can be untrue, what we really want is unconditional love. True unconditional love comes from God, so y are people striving for this conditional acceptance from peers?
