Not really, unless buying an extra soup from Chik-Fil-A to save for later counts as a meal plan. I don't want to commit to boring bread and soups for a week and then have nothing faaaabulous if I magically get better.

Where did you post that amazing oatmeal recipe? And is it something I could set up in a slow cooker at night so it would be hot and ready when I wake up in the morning?

I assume it's "Meet the People." I haven't seen it, and I don't really know what it's about, but the song "Say That We're Sweethearts Again" is from that movie. It's a musical romantic comedy from 1944 starring Lucille Ball, so it seems right up her alley.
