Brenda/Paco in denial is so much fun. I love the awkward but a small part of me thinks that if they try to actually take a step forward and something bad happens it will be such a train wreck. (Also if something bad happens, La Dama will ensure that Paco is NEVER SEEN AGAIN and that not even the scarab can find his remains.) But... the very few times I've gotten into an unresolved ship before it becomes canon, it's usually ended in tears, or retconned or suddenly becomes fluff when it really really shouldn't be because writers think that getting a clue means there's no more tension whatsoever. So I think that's the pessimist in me who's come to expect the train wreck.
Honestly, Brenda and Paco cuddly and snuggly? No way. If they ever got that way it'd be a RED FLAG indicating possession or mind control and um I'm shutting up now because this is bringing up bizarre scans_daily induced crossover discussions.
If they ever get a clue-by-four they could probably be a functional couple - well, if Paco didn't keep inviting the abuse. I don't know about tights, but I think he likes it when Brenda beats him up. In his secret place.
But we ARE pretty damn retarded though and I-I almost think at this rate Jaime might figure it out before we do AND YES I KNOW JUST HOW RETARDED THAT IS.
And for you before I hit the sack um: TELL ME A MAGICAL HEADCANON STORY I HAVEN'T HEARD BEFORE (cracker ranger, check; mother's day kitchen fire, check). Until canon bothers to show us whether or not Paco has a home or lives in a box or in the Reyes' basement (even if the interview didn't lie it won't be til July), I have almost nothing BUT headcanon.

Jaime and I somehow got it into our heads that Batman might take Jaime in for training! And obviously Brenda and Paco would have to go with him. So the three of them would live in a treehouse and it would be their special Beetlecave. Alfred would bring them milk and cookies every evening.
