My friend Sharl and I have developed a new study technique to help us relax before exams. So far, it's helping me, I dunno about him. We call each other up or chat online and ask each other the most obscure questions we can think of, covering material that won't POSSIBLY end up on the exam. If we get it correct, we get to feel good about our grasp of the material; if we don't, nobody has to feel bad because it's completely ridiculous to learn that tidbit of information when you're trying to understand the big picture. It's genius!
Nevermind that I tend to forget to study the big picture stuff and remember the details we go over... that's not as important as the morale-boosting effect of learning the EAR and RDA of carotenoids vs retinoids...
