hey, just figured i would let you all know that today was the Indy 500. You know, the most famous race in the world. Cars flying along a oval/rectangle that is 2.5 miles long. They do about 215 miles per hour. They experience up to 3 g's on a turn, HOW CRAZY IS THAT. I want to race at Indianapolis one day. Well ironically enough A racer named Buddy Rice won, His father BUD Rice won the Indy years ago. So the race was delayed like 2 hours due to rain, then they raced around 30 of the 200 laps then they got the red flag (temporary stop). They resumed and finished the race with quit a few yellow flags (caution-usually crashes). The race however ended prematurely with 20 something laps left due to rain. 9 of the 33 cars were knocked out of the race before the end. Now who says its easy. By the way one of the racers was a triathalete another gave up a mlb career to race so only the best for racing.
