So. Random update from Auckland. Yes, that's right, Auckland. I got a phone call on Firday afternoon from Genesis Energy, who I had applied for a grad job with, and they wanted me to come for an interview today. They flew me up here, got me corporate cabs to and from the airport and everything. Pretty fancy. I really really really want this job too. The interview was pretty good, I think, everyone cross their fingers for me!!!
I'm sitting in the airport right now, waiting for my flight home. Have been here for an hour already, another 40 mins to go till I board. Because I only flew up this morning, I had hotel or accomodation to go to after my interview, so I'm hanging out at the airport.
Look at me, little miss jetsetter... If they like me, I might have to come back next week too. This is all pretty exciting for someone who had never been on a plane a year ago!!
