What a delightful development!
I have not written in this lately, as there is little reason to waste time when there is so little to report.
I am quite delighted, however, to report that I have recieved a promotion of a most unexpected nature! Apparently my ever-impressive skills as a policy developer have made an impression on our dear Minister, and he has requested that I be made a senior project manager for a new set of regulations! I do not approve of the department -- Magical Creature Control always struck me as full of some rather disturbed individuals.
The promotion, however, means that I have full discretion to take care of any problems as I see fit. The underregulation of some of the most dangerous and disgusting creatures that walk amongst us so often distressed me -- now I can take action!
Expect to see some well-designed policies coming out of this office very soon.
