Hmmmm, do you have the tracking information so you can see where the package is at? It seems like it is a bit late (I usually get my packages about 2 weeks after they ship), but it depends how many times your package has to go through customs...

tracking information, hmmm... all wifey's said so far is that it was shipped on the 23rd of Feb. I'll check up on that, but so far we've emailed YA to see if they have any ideas.

weee~ I had good experiences with yesasia ^-^ it usually took them a week or even less to ship packages to my address. but that's because I was using fast shipping. usually when I would pick normal shipping it would take it more to arrive and I would have to pay some extra money. maybe you should mail them and ask about the package? it all depends on what kind of shipping did she choose...

Yeah we sent them an email - i think she used normal shipping, so maybe that's it.

at most, a month. they're usually pretty fast though.
they, however, really peeved me on an order screwup so I never buy from them again lol :F

Hmmm...I guess it depends on the item. Sometimes it might take a while just to ship out, as it was with my Johnny's Jr. photobook, because they have to track it down from a supplier. After that, if you did the cheapest shipping choice, then it should take around 5-9 business days, as it said. For me, my calendar took 10 business days/12 regular days. D:

I dunno. XD;; Maybe you should contact them? hoyah ordered the Xiah bracelet with something else and she got the other item and not the bracelet, so when she contacted them, they said they'd re-send it and she ended up getting 4. :D
