I've got to move out by Tuesday night. I also have Jon and Dori's Eclipse in the shop for a timing belt / water pump job last week. All the parts were supposed to be in by Friday so I could finish their car and work on moving after that. The parts don't show up 'till Monday. I end up spending the whole day on what the book says should have been a 3.5 hour job. Inexplicably, the job gets screwed up and now I'm responsible for almost $1000 worth of engine work (bent valves). I still haven't gotten time to work on moving. I don't even know where I'm going yet (that was one of today's tasks). Plus I found out I'm expected to pay $562 in taxes on the house.
And to think, I was happily working my way out of debt...
Oh, yeah... I'm still working on the license requirements and requested my records be sent to the final counseling option available in Marion County over a month ago. The paperwork seems to have gotten lost in space. I needed to know if they meet the requirements, otherwise I'm probably just going to leave Ocala since I simply won't be able to get my license resolved here if they don't. It would have been nice to not have to move twice.
