I don't think I had the flu. I'm not sure about now, since the girl sitting behind me kept coughing. I know everyone in the city has been sick as a dog at least once with this new strain of ick, except for me, and it's coming for me, but it's just not strong enough. I think it was in the meat, or the fish maybe (think: it is Lent), but I haven't had enough money to eat meat. Vegetarian protein is cheaper. I don't think Georgia has any cows... Milk is my big extravagance. I get a certain brand of non-organic, because it's less bad. If I had the cash, I'd get organic milk, but in the meantime, I do the best I can, and it's still not cheap. Anyway, I'm not really at liberty to miss any classes now, owing to a near-total breakdown earlier. I'm scrambling to keep well, I can feel it. I'm becoming stressed and exhausted, and I just can't get enough vitamins or drink enough water, or something. It's funny if I'm healthy but still somehow unwell when I don't eat meat.
