Day 10: Pretty uneventful afternoon/evening. Started vacuuming (after cleaning out the vacuum parts) and got through two rooms so far. Halfway done with hemming one of the jumpers - it's about an inch longer than one of my Eat More Kale t-shirt... went to bed about 10:00 p.m

Thank you. Today was not too bad; birthday celebration went pretty well. I think she only managed to insult my niece a couple of times, sigh. Her idea of humour is not ours, but A has learned to endure. Mom is at a point in her health, I think, where even were she to try to change some things (if she thought it even necessary), it is now beyond her ability.
