Ah, the onsen is just what we needed. Everyone seems a lot less tense. And I get to enjoy sharing a room with two of my favorite people.

I happen to need this downtime as well. Being around Gakuto has been painful, my power utterly useless on its own to help him. I...can't do it on my own. I'll have to appeal to Keigo, I fear. This can't go on with him. Even without what happened that night, he's a loose cannon and dangerous to have here after what they did to him...I have so much more disgust with hunters now. That they would do this to their own...
And that night. I haven't told anyone, but being surrounded by so many E's was terrifying. Not because they were attacking. But because I expected to hear nothing at all in their minds, as I always have. We all think of them as mindless when they descend to that point, do we not?
