(no subject)
Well. It's Tuesday and no call about the truck. Sam has called a few times, but they told him that if they didn't hear anything by Monday to 'just give up.' Did I mention it's Tuesday?
I'm trying really hard to find the silver lining to all of this. The only thing that I can think of is that we were going to get a car anyway. It would have been nice to, I don't know, not still owe money on his truck, but hey, you ask for the world, and God throws a rock at your head.
Oh, and I still haven't found that money. I'm going to clean the rooms that I was in from top to bottom, and if I don't find it, it will be called stolen. Personally, I know what happens to thieves. You may get away with it now, but eventually...

I just finished trying on my dress for the first time. It's far from being done, but Aunt Jenny had to see what needed done to the main portion. Kind of sucks that it's empire waisted, it won't show anything curvy except the things that I hate most. But it is beautiful, even unfinished.
One more day of work, and two days off. I'm actually thinking about going in Wednesday for overtime. Thinking about it.
