"...I didn't mean that literally."
This picture is called, Boooooooooth???
The sad truth is, no Booth. Although I am going to continue to imagine that David Boreanaz is peering out of one of those windows, because it amuses me.
That's the FBI building, is what I mean to say. Also, today I learned that the National Gallery is really big like a big thing and I'm going to have to go back a few times. There was a very kind guard, however, who advised me to spend my last half hour wisely and told me where the da Vinci was. Verdict on da Vinci: Kind of awe-inspiring, and yet, all his people look like they're falling asleep.
Another really important thing I learned this evening was the Tim Tam Slam! Aussies, corroborate? Is this real? I mean, it's kind of amazing. You bite the tips off each end of a Tim Tam and then slurp coffee through it until it starts to melt and then you cram the rest of the cookie in your mouth, and this is an acceptable behavior to perform in front of friends. I am all for the Tim Tam Slam. Single downside: The coffee was really good, and thus I have drunk coffee past my self-imposed deadline of about 5pm. I just got off the phone with my mother and had to explain that the reason I was talking so fast was because I'd had coffee. You know how it goes.
