court for DUI/Possible probation violation in 30 mins. countdown to lockdown. doesnt look good for me, as i have gotten a second DUI, this febuary, ARRESTED BY THE COUNTY POLICE WHO KNOW IM ON PROBATION. i expect there to be officers awaiting my transportation to jail until i can get a hearing date. gggGGGGREEEEEEAT lawyer who defends murder clients among others, jim berry. hes been of such great assistance so far. i will need Jesus' assistance today, and furthermore, should i go to jail, i will need His strength. im not a tough guy. never been in a fight. considered 'pretty' by many (which could spell certain doom for me in jail). i just abore violence. im a non violent offender, on probation for a 1999 conviction of pot possesion. the same year, i violated by failing a drug test, and i was given an additional 6 years probation, totaling 10 years. it has been over four years since that first probation violation, and ive passed all my drug screens throughout those 4 years. i may have a chance, but im doing my best to mentally prepare myself. i will return. sooner or later. ciao!
