Weird.

You know when you get a song stuck in your head? Well I keep hearing the sound of a bone breaking... I don't know why. It's so gross.

When I was little, in the car I used to look out the window and picture that someone was doing back handsprings along side the vehicle at 70 mph (or at whatever speed we were traveling)... eventually this image would turn into a HUGE accident where the person went straight into a tree or rolled over on their wrist or something disgusting like that. I couldn't look out the window without imagining it.

Now I picture myself falling from a truss 30 ft in the air, but at a point in my life where I've done it a million times and have no fear of the impact. Then I picture the landing and hearing that broken bone or dislocated joint sound, where all you know is that something really fucked up just happened (it always occurs when you least expect it).

Getting injured really sucks. It's so shocking when it first happens too. You're all of a sudden aware of how well your body worked before the trauma, you automatically think, "I knew this was a bad idea.", and you sort of put your life into perspective for a second... then you really bug out.

I don't know why I'm still focusing on this.

I'm scared.
