Thanksgiving

Hey, guys. Happy Thanksgiving!

I am, in fact, still into the whole LJ thing, but I've just had so much going on lately. And no, I haven't been up to anything particularly interesting. In fact, much of my time in the past few weeks has been dominated by just flat out being sick with the flu.

Anyway, I wanted to stop in and spread a little holiday cheer. I had a pretty good Thanksgiving in the end. It was the first one I spent outside of Ohio and with people other than my immediate family (i.e. the local circle of friends whose families are too far away to travel to) and it was a good time, with good people and great food. Jessica made an *excellent* seasoned sweet potato dish that, honestly, may have been the best thing on the table. And we had *plenty* of choices to be sure.

Anyway, I hope you all had similar experiences this year.

I'll be back on LJ soon. I've been writing a lot, but everything is somewhere between 75-99% finished. Plus I want to catch up with you all's journals before I start posting again. And, with the rest of this long weekend, I hopefully will be able to accomplish that.
