Got Placeholder Job
Well, sitting around the house all day is boring. I ran out of episodes of The Shield to watch, and I just can't get it up for the Playstation games. So I found and am taking a temporary job.
The job: law clerk for reputable local private law firm. Ok hourly pay, the spectre of potentially expanding my role and doing real attorney stuff, new angle, good connections, flexible hours, etc, etc.
It's not the salaried real adult-job I need, but it will help pay our bills until The Big One comes along.
Big Plus: their office has great air conditioning and smells nice.
