Hi!
My husband's work offered to match donations, which means that the donation would not be in my name because they have to be register on his. Would this be a problem? his donation and my donation would be lump together. or do I have to make one separate donation on my name using my winning bid amount?

If you send it from either the same email listed in your bid or via the LJ PM system from your own LJ user-ID then you'll be fine. We aren't looking to real names for anything, to protect people's privacy.

And it's never a problem if the donation amount is more than your winning bid - we only worry if it's less.

Hurrah for your husband's work, too!

That could be a problem for me, since my donation (if I win) will probably end up being under my fiancee's card, and I use separate e-mail addresses for fannish and non-fannish activities. I could route it through my fan e-mail address, if that would be okay.

Hi! it's me again. My husband made the donation yesterday night. because his work had a deadline. I included my donation with his since his job would match it. I hope it doesn't make a difference because my donation was done before the auction close. Am I right?
Now, I am all stressed out

It will definitely count. Any donations made since January 12 will.
