Web design for a fanfic archive site rheasilvia May 1 2011, 16:44:49 UTC

I am requesting:
I have an almost-finished website design that I need someone with skillz at web design to finish up. The site in question is an online archive of my slash fanfic.

As I said, the basic design with header, header links, footer and the navigation at the side is almost done. The proportions of the basic layout still need to be worked over though, since they seem off to my non-designerish eye. AND, since I do not only have a main index page, but several types of sub-pages too, I need designs for all of these sub-pages, complete with fonts etc.

There are five page types that I need:

1. The home page with an index of all fandoms; each fandom needs a headline, a note of pairing(s) and a short summary

2. A "single fandom" sub-index-page with a headline saying "Fandom XYZ" and an index of all stories in the fandom; each individual story needs one smaller headline, a date, and a summary

3. A "more than one fandom" sub-index-page for several related fandoms (i.e., manga and anime fandoms) with several fandoms that have one or several stories each, all together on a single page; here, the fandoms need headlines and the stories need smaller headlines, a date, and a summary

4. A "single story" sub-index-page for long multi-part stories, with a headline saying "Story Title", a prominent note of the fandom, a picture, a short summary, some author's remarks, some additional links (to additional information) and a chapter index

5. Possibly: An actual story page. I'm planning to go the minimalistic route here, with just text on a white background and nothing else, but I'd still be grateful for input here

If this is in any way unclear, or if you want to see the unfinished design, please contact me!

Additional info:
I would appreciate it if the offerer could commit to finishing this up in about a month or less, because I have a long story coming up that I'd like to start posting on the fresh website, if at all possible.

Payment (in USD):
I really have no idea of what would be appropriate, so please make an offer that you think is suitable.
