Asian dinner night
So, we invited Dawn and Michaela for dinner Friday night. I've been getting very interested in Indian food and spices, so I had fun making a lamb curry and a chicken/spinach balti. I can't call it a totally Indian night, though, because I also made babi pangang. It was fun, turned out well, although we had a bit too much wine. After a full day of shopping and cooking, I was soooo tired.
Dawn works for Tommy Hilfiger and she gave me an invitation to their sample sale. You can't get in without an invitation and I've been drooling at the thought of going. But there are tons of limitations. No purse of any kind is allowed going in, you can't pay with credit card, only cash or ATM and you can't walk in wearing any TH items or you'll be charged for them. You're only allowed 20 items per person. Things like that. Fine! Jasper and I will still go nutty in the store. It's next week. Woohoo!
