Instead, she decided she was going to take the risk, whatever it was, to at least attempt to get something useful back, such as her katana

[He's out in the front porch, adjusting the Brionac uniform that he recently regained, when he notices Anna walking up to his house.

...Anna and the amount of blood dripping from her hand.]

Anna! [He rushes over to her]

[To her credit, she's doing her best to remain composed despite what happened.]

[He doesn't ask her what happened yet, just focused on fixing up her injuries instead.]

Show me your hand. [Luckily, she isn't too weak for him to heal still]

[He can at least be assured she didn't injure herself with her sword; that would be...

Well, going to the post office was stupid in itself. If it weren't for her self-training and the two years spent at Al-Revis so far, she probably wouldn't have made it to either of her destinations. But she'll show him both of her hands; she lost two fingers on her left, and one on the right.]

[He maintains a neutral expression. There's no way that he can restore her fingers, but he can at least stop the bleeding]

Remain still. [He raises his hands to her left one first, before starting to heal]

[It's not really something she expected him to be capable of, anyway. Vayne, maybe, but even if he had his power, she wouldn't want to put him through this. So, remaining silent, Anna will remain as still as possible while the commander does what he does.]

[He heals enough so that the bleeding stops, but not much else could be done. Still maintaining his focus, he begins to heal her right hand]

[And she'll remain where she is while waiting for him to finish. After this, she should probably continue with her objective to talk to Vayne and Flay.]

[He steps back once he finishes healing]

...We should wash your hands and get some bandages for you.

... Yes, of course. You have my gratitude for your help.

[He briefly nods and starts walking back to his house, expecting Anna to follow him]

[She'll be right behind him, following him as he heads indoors.]

[He heads inside the bathroom, shuffling through the cabinet for bandages]

[She'll just be waiting for him, then. Anna's not offering up an explanation of what happened unless asked.]

[He turns on the water, signaling to wash her hands now]

... [He still remains silent]

[helmbashchaos]

[She doesn't say anything, either, at first, as she goes over to wash her hands, but does after a bit, frowning slightly.]

... I need to visit senpai and Vayne, and speak with them.
