Bored of Christmas already
So all the shopping is done... I started making the cookies (the ones I could freeze anyways). Now comes the lots of wrapping, though I have done a good portion of it. T's stocking is full & the Christmas cards have been mailed to family (still need to get stamps for the friends' cards). It should be a good holiday season, despite the fact that I feel like my brother is trying to force me into buying more expensive presents for Hannukkah - even after mom told me not to get something for her. & after the 2 years of getting nothing from my brother. I don't think I owe him anything - he gets the leftover gift. & I don't want to offend everyone else since I only got gifts for the kids & my immediate family, but the fact remains I'm still not in the best financial situation & since T's family is so big into Christmas, we have to "keep up with the Joneses." But what I don't understand is that my mother & brother will probably try to guilt me later. It's aggravating. I dunno.
Anyways, working more on trying to keep in touch & spend time with friends. So far, so good.
