Where's Asian Waldo?
I would like to thank the somebody who stuffed a Chinese take-out menu in my car door yesterday... seems a fishy coincidence. But I guess I am used to you know, these *kinds* of references...
Also, my former neighbor/ballet teacher/friend's husband Boris has a supporting role in the movie adaptation of Everything is Illuminated which is being released soon, so you should all go see it! He plays Elijah Wood's grandfather. The book, by Jonathan Safran-Foer, is really funny and well-written (at least stylistically), and I'm hoping the movie will be equally as enjoyable.
And finally, I am really liking school so far. I've bought all these architecture and art supplies that I have to carry everywhere and don't know how to use yet, but at least I feel really professional and cool with a T-square poking out of my bag.
