So settlin down...
Beginning to setlle down is an interesting thing. Your life begins to change in ways you wouldn't expect it to. I'll show you a few before and afters here.
Before:
"So, the other night, I was out with the girls and we were so drunk and acting like idiots...it was awesome. I love those girls..."
Now:
"Oh, on the way to Walgreens to pick up my medication, we almost got into an accident...then the guy at the Pharmacy messed up my name and it was so frustrating. Oh yea, and we drove by our new place and just looked at it. We're thinking about colors, but we don't know yet......(it goes on and on)"
Before:
Out to a show or party on Friday or Saturday nights..party party party...drink drink drink...much the same for the weekdays.
Now:
Friday Night 8:00pm- "Maybe we should take a nap. Then we'll watch a movie. Yea, that sounds good."
(Possibly some pool)
Weekdays- Drive him to work, run errands, sew/mend clothing, pick him up, go over to the future in-laws, i drive to work.
Before:
Not much thought about the future whatsoever...a bit, but not much...possible plans to move to NYC..
Now:
Plans to get married and BAM!!!! make some babies.
Sounds boring, eh? No it's wonderful.
I spent a good deal of time pondering over a king sized waterbed this morning.
"I don't know...I don't think it'd be right to buy it w/o consulting him first."
I bought bed. I figured fuck him if he can't appreciate a truly awesome cheap bed.
However, I did manage to get drunk about a week ago...first time in like a month. Jimmy learns that his fiance is all about the making out when she's a little trashed. HA.
