Driving in the snow = scariest thing I've ever done.
It wasn't too horrible (as long as I drove under 20 mph) until I got 3/4 of the way home and some huge school bus slid going down hill, and ended up taking up most of the road. I didn't see the guy waving the flashlight soon enough, apparently, and I slid a little bit, resulting in a minor bump with another car, but it wasn't serious enough to report to the insurance companies. . . just a few little scratches.
So I'm sitting on the hill for about half an hour, finally a snow truck comes and spreads some ashes and salt on the road so things can get moving. Then, I had to drive up the mountain. This wasn't too bad, my little Honda was a champ on the sharp turns and hills. I love my car.
And now I'm home.
And wondering what's gonna go down about the jazz show tomorrow; I don't know if I'll be able to make it if it's still on.
Thanks to everyone who was concerned for me on my drive home, I appreciate it :)
