Association Meme: Comment to this post and I will give you 5 subjects/things I associate you with. Then post this in your LJ and elaborate on the subjects given.
On a mostly-unrelated note, a question: was #5 a purely recent revelation or is it one that has been building and manifesting in your psyche for quite some time?
Hmmm...a little bit of both? I hate to admit it, but I can be kind of shallow when it comes to my preference in girls of the dating variety. In general, I like it when a person takes care of themselves- showers regularly, wears clean clothes, etc. And I've known my fair share of both sexes who blow that off- and the worst were some of the theatre tech girls at UNT. Not that anyone was particularly gross, but when the very smart and knows-her-shit girl who's in charge of the tech crew for a show comes in from a break, and I can't tell if I smell her cigarette breath or her sweat more? The fact that she's smart can't compete with that turn-off (and that's not a hit on the cigarette smoke, it's just how gross and sweaty she was).
And smart is a HUGE thing for me. It has nothing to do with a person knowing SO DAMN MUCH or being a Jeopardy champion or have an IQ over 150. It's more like, being very knowledgeable in some areas (and that's anything from being able to chart out galaxies to simply knowing every piece and part of your

Aha. I'm the same way. Poor hygiene is a major turn-off while some sort of real intelligence/know-how (doesn't always have to be the same as my own) is a major turn-on. I'll borrow Melody's description of her own "dream-girl": cute, nerdy, and secretly sexual (<3). Also? At least some degree (it can be a small degree) of androgyny. Mild femininity (or masculinity) is cool, but hyper-masculinity and hyper-femininity (especially when coupled with a complete lack of maturity) both tend to turn me off like few other things can... except, maybe, B.O.. =P [/ramble]
Well, I'm on a "word diet." I'm trying to cut back on the fluff and consume only what is more nutritional. LJ entres constitute my few allotted deserts throughout the day. =P
