[So. The Hellsing has been flipping through the Dreamberry for the last few days, observing how things seem to work hereabouts. She's also made several strolls about the village from Serenity's mansion to see what can be seen and the residents hard at work are somewhat intriguing, but getting anyone to stand still and fill her in has been damned

The blizzard we were experiencing escalated to the point where an ice tower had formed from here to the floating castle. Soon after, a Yeti came and tried to destroy it. It caused major damage. But it always happened at night when people weren't ready.

Finally, it hit long enough for people to gather arms and thus the battle. That's all I know, ma'am.

[She'd learned long ago not to discount the impossible.]

It was either driven away or destroyed, yes?

Destroyed. I wasn't there to see it but everyone confirmed it for me.

Hn, excellent. It wouldn't do to have such a beast gallivanting about unrestrained.

[Only Integra Hellsing can say such with an absolutely straight face. And mean it.]

I... don't think it was meant to be restrained. It came from the desert outside of here, no one knows exactly who sent it or if it came on its own.

That's...a touch worrying. Do creatures such as those spawn often here?

Not really. At least, not in the couple months I've been here. But no one's told me otherwise, so I think it's a safe assumption.

Mm. Any other native monsters, perhaps? Or anything which could be considered such?

None that I've seen. I've only heard of a few but there's barrier that prevents them from coming in. Other than that, we have a lake monster but she's pretty docile from what I've heard.

Hn, that's a comfort, I suppose.

[Then she blinks.]

A lake monster? And docile? How intriguing.

Mmhm. I've yet to see her but that's what people have told me and really, I've yet to hear of an incident, so I'm inclined to believe them.

Mmm, we'll have to investigate that, then.
