I have some very serious news, outside of our presently unfortunate predicament.
It's my belief that the Major intends to strike against the town sometime in January, in part to coincide with the anniversary of his initial arrival in Mayfield.
While I have nothing definitive as to his timetable or a specific target, it is imperative that we are prepared for the worst at a moment's notice. If you haven't stocked your cellars with rations and armed yourselves, now is the time.
Should you require assistance in accomplishing either, you need only ask. Beginning this Monday evening at six, I will be hosting a nightly series of self-defense training sessions at the rec center. Any age and any gender are encouraged to attend- the Major will show no mercy to women or children.

Those that stand in as replacements for our erased friends and allies may also attend as well. If you truly are who you say you are, then you should prove it. Stand and fight for yourselves and your families.
