(no subject)
Today I went up to the Navy office again. I filled out a ton of paper work. The only two things that came up that might be frowned upon are the fact that I got arrested ounce and have smoked weed in the past. But James(my recruiter) said since they both happened so long ago that shouldn't be a problem. While I was there my Dad came in to see what was taking so long, and when James inroduced himself my Dad had sort of a grim look on his face. Its only because my Dad hates recruiters. He ounce knew a recruiter that did some bad shit to get people to join. I'm suspicous of that, but I don't think its like that with my recruiter. I asked around and everything he says seems to be true.
Anyways on Tuesday James is going to pick me up from school and take me to the place where I take the ASVAB. After that I go and stay at a hotel so I can get up early to take my physical. Then I pick my job(how many jobs are available to me depends on how well I do on the ASVAB). Finally I make that oath and I'm officially The Man's bitch(a.k.a. the Navy Reserve).
I'm going to the reserves so I'll be able to go to college while I work. Its to bad that I won't be able to travel when I'm in the reserves. Oh well, who knows maybe I'll switch to active duty after college(maybe).
STILL no truck. This is really starting to piss me off. I didn't think it would take this long to get that thing over here. I'm starting to think it was a really stupid idea to buy a truck four hours away from where I live. Hopefully I'll get it soon. AND hopefully my Dad will finally take me to get my Texas lisence. Since I moved here I havent driven nearly as much as I did when I lived in Florida. I guess its because my parents have an excuse not to let me drive. They say "your Florida lisence is no good here". I think thats kind of stupid because I'm an even better driver than them(not to sound cocky but I am). My Dad is ALWAYS speeding and my Mom NEVER uses her turing
signals.
Theres a girl at school named Sidney who I'm pretty sure likes me and I wan't to go out with her, but I can't due to my lack of transportation. DAMN IT ALL!! >_<
Anyways thats it for now. Wow this turned out to be an actual update. I really should do these more often.
