My friend Paul tweeted [I feel so hip now] that he lost an unreal pai gow hand in LV.
He had Quads. AND a Pair up top. And lost!!
So, yes, the dealer had higher quads/Royal and a higher pair. [There are 1-2 wild cards in Pai Gow, but can only be A/Flush/Straight card]
