Quite the episode tonight! So much to talk about, that even before I start, I feel like I've missed half of it.

I agree with you on your observation of Sam and Dean's room. Sam looked around that room and saw his brother in every corner and that made him all kinds of happy. Because SAMMY LOVES HIS BIG BRO. And his speech at the end proved it. :)) "My big bro is a freaking genius", FTW.
When Sam took that first bite of his hamburger, he didn't know what to expect, but then his taste buds told him "THIS IS A DAMN GOOD HAMBURGER, GIVE ME MORE". LOL. Dean left his (bad Dean, Sam should have grabbed it as well), but I love that Sam grabbed his (with the plate, LOL).
Kevin must have pooped his pants when Dean bear-hugged him and lifted him off of his feet.
I felt it was Ellie right from the beginning. There was something about her that made me watch her closely. I thought that she was a demon to begin with, but then when she came on to Dean, and told him that it was a one night only deal, I nodded to myself and decided that it was SHE that made the deal. And when she confessed to Dean, I told the tv, 'I knew it'. \o/
'Wishful Thinking' called, they already did the whole girlfriend/wife gets magic'ed into loving the guy.
Dean will always put Sammy's happiness and future before his own. Right from the beginning, I was wondering why Dean was so calm with the whole hellhounds thing. I mean, hello season three? But after his speech, I realized that his fear of hellhounds was not near as strong as his LOVE for Sammy. But, I agree, it is SAM's turn to 'die'.
According to the summary at Superwiki, or was it TWFB? Whatever, the 'old friend' is someone Sam and Dean helped before off screen. Kinda like the guy from 'Repo man'.
Apologizing for apologizing for being Canadian? LOL, No need, I am a fudging New Yorker, born and bred, we can deal with all kinds of crap.
Not to burst anybody's bubble, but remember that next week's episode is the second to last episode until the next, month long. hellatus. Get your tissues ready guys and gals.

Oh, that's old news - I don't even get upset about that anymore, but it still annoys me when they mess up the dates. :P

I meant it in a good way! I don't know what else to call it... my BFF is the same way with his mother, only, she's still alive, thankfully.

Yeah, I figured it would have SOMETHING to do with her, because they dismissed her too quickly as "the help" - but she obviously cared a LOT for that farm. I thought it'd have something to do with farm, not her mum.

Oh no, I hope they aren't going to do another flashback to sometime off screen during S1-S5 - 1)that can really mess up my timeline and 2)I can't actually write anything else in my LJ entry for those years because the post is too big. If I write something new, I have to delete words somewhere else. I REALLY don't want to have to make another entry. It'll screw up all the links everywhere on the internet.

I've been to New York once! I had a sprained ankle and no one would let me sit down anywhere... other than that, it was fun. For the record though, I was apologizing for apologizing BECAUSE I'm Canadian. I'm not sorry I'm Canadian, I'm just sorry that people have to put up with me apologizing constantly because I am. :P

Aww, so we only get two more before the March break? Sigh... I'm not overly surprised. I know roughly what episode their filming at the moment, and they aren't far enough ahead in production to keep airing new episodes very much longer.
