Armand emerged into the open area. It felt like true outside here, and that was enough to relieve his nerves some, even though the danger out here was greater. He could see the Chapel ahead, and didn't let his steps hesitate even as he drew deeper breaths of the night air. He held the bottles against his chest with both arms, so his

Armand emerged into the night air and took a deep breath. He tried to decide if he should go back into the courtyard or assume he'd been left and circle around outside the buildings. It was a bother to go back inside, but it was dangerous to walk around the perimeter on his own.

'Have you had the pleasure of visiting the Chapel yet, Eric?' Tassadar asked the vampire as he made his way outside.
His gaze automatically scanned the area around them, and as his attention settled on a figure up ahead, the Protoss warrior's posture instantly turned cautious. He held the wrist-mounted blade out to his side defensively. Body hunching over slightly, Tassadar began to cautiously approach.

"I have not," he said as he followed the large alien outside. He was about to say something else when the Protoss became suddenly alert. Eric, too, crouched defensively as he caught sight of the humanoid figure ahead, his leg muscles tense and ready to spring. His fangs flicked out in a split second, a hiss forming in the back of his throat as an instinctual warning.

He waved with his free hand.

His posture automatically relaxed, and with a glance over to Eric, the templar murmured, 'He is another of our brethren,' Tassadar mentioned before the Protoss warrior paused. He had never referred to another human other than Raynor with such a title, and yet he'd done so here without a second thought. Those he'd allied himself with here were just that to him, though, and it was with renewed spirits that the High Templar began to approach Armand.
'It is rare to see you wandering alone, old friend.' He murmured to the Frenchman as he approached.

Eric couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the title he gave the human. It also appeared that it was the same human he'd frightened in the showers his first morning here. This could definitely be interesting.
He stayed silent as he stood a short distance away. Eric hoped the human wouldn't be accompanying them, though he had suspicion that that would be the case. As long as he was required to defend him to make up for his inadequacies, then he would indulge them.

"I had an errand to run. Who is that with you?" he asked Tassadar, even though he could see perfectly well on his own now. So much for getting back to his friends.

'I see. Do you require aid?' Tassadar asked before his attention shifted over to regard the vampire standing a short distance away.
Perhaps Armand had yet to meet his companion?
'He is Eric Northman,' The High Templar said as a way of introductions before his attention shifted back over to the Frenchman, 'He means you no harm.'
Even if he did Tassadar himself wouldn't stand for such senseless violence.

Fortunately for him, he did not wish such things upon him. Yet.
Eric waved to him with a flick of his hand, wondering if the human would out him for his rather flamboyant introduction. Not that it particularly mattered if he did, Eric though. It would just be another annoyance to take care of.

"Monsieur Northman, what reason can you give that I should trust you?"
[OOC: Thanks for fixing]

Survival instincts were within every creature, and he found himself inclining his head to allow the two to work this out. This was not his battle to fight, after all.

"I don't much care if you trust me or not," he said, shrugging his shoulders nonchalantly. "Let's just say that if I intended to kill you, I would have done so already."
The grin returned to his face as he anticipated the human's reaction. "Just don't make me angry, and you'll be fine. I prefer women anyway." Well, he'd never used to have a preference, but then he'd had Sookie's blood. That infernal woman was changing him in ways that he somewhat hated, and would ever admit to anyone else.
[OOC: Thanks for letting me know. <3 I felt pretty silly]

"But... there is no point fighting among ourselves if you're not intending me harm at the moment." His shoulders slumped, a bit in relief. He felt a little upset with himself at caving, but he wasn't about to attack a stronger opponent in front of Tassadar. He suspected that if the alien hadn't been there, he'd already be dead, as Eric had implied.
"Where are you both going? I think my friends have left me behind."

The Protoss warrior found himself rather impressed and he held a new level of respect for Armand.
'Wise words spoken indeed,' The templar murmured when it appeared that Armand would allow for his vengeance to slide.
'Hmm?' He sounded questionably while peering at the young human, 'We are merely collecting supplies for another. Are you in need of finding those you travel with?'

He wouldn't hesitate to drink from the human if the situation required it, whether Tassadar was there or not. It was survival of the fittest here, after all.
Eric made no comment as the two spoke back and forth. If it was required that he keep the company of the human for one night, the so be it. So long as he wasn't required to protect it. He had enough to worry about saving his own hide.

Tassadar's kind inquiry was harder to answer. "I know where they've gone, and I don't think I can get there unaided. We were going together for a reason. They've gone to the North Wall to bury Yuuri's friend." Again. "I am a little worried because we were killed last time Yuuri and I went alone. I don't think he's alone tonight." He couldn't help gazing off in that direction. He hoped all would remain quiet and peaceful in that direction, because noise loud enough to be heard where they were would indicate trouble.
