I'm assuming everyone saw that.
Is there anyone in the town with any information on this guy or his hostages?
As far as I can tell, he seems like a zealot of some cultist religion who believes human sacrifice will bring the sun back. We have no way of knowing whether what he's doing had any effect on the town, but it's very likely that he's merely playing off of normal atmospheric patterns in much the same way older civilizations would do seasonal celebrations to 'bring about' rain or warmth.
Either way, we need to stop him before he can do any further harm. We don't know how long we have.
All I know is his voice matches one Khalid Ahmed who answered my census roughly three or four days ago. He claimed to live at house 197 and have work as security but I couldn't find his name in the phonebook, nor was he there when he said he would be.
