[He certainly hadn't been expecting that. Not that he believed that Lisa was insensitive, it had just been weird to hear after he was the one usually asking that to others.]

Ah, I suppose I'm fine. I haven't...seen my daughter in a while, but I'm sure she's hiding out somewhere in town...doing whatever teenagers do. How about you? Anything I can do to help?

No, there's nothing you need to do right now. Go out and find your daughter. If she's anything like I was at that age, she's probably a handful.
