Lovely Stormyness
We just had a wicked storm here :) Only lasted about 30mins, but it was cool ... thunder, lightning, the whole bit. AND the power went out (went right back on, but still ...)
I'm being semi productive. I read the chapter i needed to for tomorrow (in the outpatient clinic ... get to do non stress tests ... weeeee!) ... but have stopped at that. I'm getting antsy. I need to move around ... and yet here i am, at my desk, sitting in this uncomfy chair that's falling apart, writing on LJ.
Almost election time. I'm a first time voter. For those of you outside of ontario, it's a provincial election. I'm liberal ... which is good for me, b/c it looks like they're gonna win anyway. Even if i were PC, i'd never vote for them now, after the promotion stance they took. "Wow, if we beat them (liberals) down enough, it might make us look good". Well, it didn't ... and it looks like they'll be losing office over it.
