1. how long have you been raising rats?
Altogether, i guess i've had rats for about 2 yrs.
2. how many ratties do you have?
Currently i have zero ratties. I gave my dear ratties to jellybonkerz b/c i'm moving away to school and can't take them w/ me. She takes better care of them than i ever could. I do miss 'em, but they have lots of rattie friends now and lots of love and snuggles.
3. what did you want to be when you grew up?
In grade 2 i wanted to be a nurse ... Before that, i don't know. From grades 6-10 i didn't really know. I didn't care. I didn't think it was ever going to end. I wanted to be a veterinarian for a while, but that'd take too much school. I thought about doing stuff w/ chemistry or biomedical engineering, but that'd take brains that i didn't have. When it came to applying to post secondary schools, i debated b/w nursing and midwivery. Having more jobs available in nursing, and the fact that i could do part of my nursing degree here in town, i chose nursing.
4. what is your canadian impression of the US?
I'm not sure ... I'm very in the dark when it comes to politics and stuff. I like it that way. I am anti war tho ... if that matters. I've only been to the US (to FL) a few times, and i was little then. It didn't seem all that different from Canada, but they had palm trees ;) I do like that the US seems a little more accepting of midwives as a profession ... It's still very new here.
5. Bush or Kerry? why?
Honestly, i don't really know what each stands for. I've seen what Bush stands for over the past few yrs, and i REALLY don't care much for him ... He makes my brain hurt everytime he opens his freakin mouth. So ... Um ... Kerry. B/c he's not Bush. (That is my uneducated opinion tho ... As i said ... I haven't researched either of them. I can't vote, so it's not real high on my 'to do' list anyway)
