I believe I read this recently on fanfiction.net :) I did like it. A great deal. Very nicely done.

Well, that's entirely possible, since I posted it there too. ;)

I'm very glad you enjoyed it, though. It's always a great relief to know you didn't totally screw up a character you love... (I didn't, right?)

Anyway, thanks for the response. ^_^ Made me grin. :D

No, no, no screwing up at all :) You did a good job of Cass (and people frequently seem to miswrite her. If I see one more fic where she's talking like Tarzan (albiet the non-literate non-disney version of him :P) I'll take a batarang to them...

Wait, did I just say...

Oh, hell, I'm obssessed.

Don't worry, obsession is something we (as in the voices in my head and I) understand veeery intimately.

But, I do know what you mean. Sometimes it seems like so many characters are turned one-dimensional in fics... yeah.

Anyway, thanks again. I'm glad I got at least one person's approval of Miss Cain. She's not the easiest bat to play but... I had an idea and I had to go with it, y'know?

Yeah, thanks. ^_^

Wow. Very nicely done. I like how she's trying to understand, both the words and the meaning behind the words. Good stuff.

Thank you so much!!

I love Cassandra for her struggle to reconcile her world with the so-called normal world. Understanding is something we so often take for granted, you know?

But, anyway, thanks again!! I'm so pleased you enjoyed it. ^_^

I don't know much about the world of comics or anything of that sort, but I can certainly appreciate some totally awesome writing. The emotion is just so. . .deep. Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. It's so full of emotion, yet so calm. . . love it to pieces.

And the whole tape-recorder thing, love that too. Haven't seen that done before, it's a really creative way to portray your characters thoughts. Props on a job well done!

I may not follow this fandom, but this is truly a great little fic!

Haha, the world of comics. What a horrible mental image. ;)

Thank you for your compliments on my writing. I'm... yeah, definitely blushing. Calm yet emotional. I'm such an oxymoron. w00t~

No, seriously, you're far too nice. ^_^ But thank you.

As for the tape recorder thing, that's actually what Cassandra does in her series. She talks into a recorder because she's illiterate. I always thought it was kinda cool.

Thanks again!! You're so very sweet. <3

Hm, well, that explains the use of the tape recorder then. As I said, totally retarded when it comes to comics and the like. @_@

I still think the tape recorder is frickin' brilliant as a writing device. ^.^

And I'm only as nice as you deserve. ♥ I really do love your writing.

Haha, yeah. I think it's pretty brilliant too. Part of why I stole it... (If only I was independently creative. Le sigh. Can't have it all, I guess.)

And, awww! Thank you!! I still think you're nice. <3 I loved yours too!! Write more in fandoms I recognize the name of!! ;)

Ooh, I really like how he was there the entire time. And I agree with her, Tim really is a mystery. He's the Robin most like the Bat, and therefore the hardest to read.

I loved your portrayal of Cass. I was wondering who she was talking to and the idea of having a tape recorder she speaks to is great. The irony of how she erases it because only she is supposed to hear it, yet Tim was behind her and heard it all was very well done.

Totally. I love Tim, though, for not wanting to be Batman and getting into it for his own reasons. The most like the Bat but still grounded. I think he's a great character.

I didn't come up with the tape recorder idea on my own-- it's actually how she kept case logs in her comic, since she couldn't read or write. Man, I miss Cass. :( Stupid assassin storyline. Argh.

Anyway, yeah. Really glad you enjoyed it. The dynamic between Cass and Tim always held sparks to me but they never quite made it. This was just my way of dealing. ;) Thanks for the comment!

Wow, this is awesome! I saw the Batgirl tag and couldn't resist clicking and now I'm SO glad I did! This might be one of the best takes on Cass ever! *nodnodnod*

I loved Fresh Blood and you're right there was so much that coulda been! This addresses that nicely! =D

Btw, Rogue/Gambit and Tim/Cass!? I have to friend, hope that's ok? ^^;

Thank you! I'm thrilled you enjoyed it. :D And that my take was fun-- I definitely wanted to try something with the potential I saw there.

Anyway. Of course you can friend my journal. :) I tend to write more Star Trek XI and NCIS than those pairings but I'm also open to requests, so. Yes.

Thanks again for commenting! ^^
