So, I have a feeling that my dear friend Ashleigh Drake Teicher, who is often teased in my blog for her constant recreations of the Jason Robert Brown repertoire. I love Sunday in the Park With George -- for years it was my favorite musical of all-time. Terry Tichnor (Tichner?) played "there are worse things..." for me once at an audition. I can't believe I was so inconsiderate as to bring that song to an audition. I also used "Sunday" to close the first act of a revue I directed -- with Angie Sacco of Seaside fame singing Marie. The world is a better place for having that song in it.
