I'm writing an angry letter to Delta Airlines about my flight debacle last weekend (to sum up: flight cancelled, missed connecting flight due to delay, did not make it on standby flights, gate agents sent me to wrong gates, almost got on wrong plane due to gate agent errors). Has anyone 1) done this before, and 2) got a free flight or anything out of it? Any tips are welcome!
