Gross but funny
I think I'm brewing a lovely sinus infection as a result of my recent flu. Snot is draining like crazy down my throat and I'm taking every decongestant known to man. Neti pot is also in use. Add to that two birth control pills (I skipped yesterday by mistake) and you have the recipe for nausea.
I spent nearly an hour between noon and 1:00 in the bathroom at work, waiting to yak, then finally yakked like I had never yakked before. I figured going home was a good idea at this point, even though I was feeling better than I had all day. Here's the conversation between my boss and me:
helloflamingo: Hey, BossMan? I just threw up. A lot.
BossMan: [laughs] Greeeeaaaaattttt. [laughs more]
HF: I'm gonna go home.
BM: Excellent idea. Feel better!
I'm glad that my boss was entertained by my puking. I'm now at home with a kitty, water, and crackers. Nap, here I come!
