Ok, so we started our diet back today. It's not really anything much different than what we have been doing. But we will be adding exercise and logging our food intake and keeping our calories within the recommended range. I also spoke to a nutritionist and got the ok for these changes along with a couple of suggestions. The best thing I got was a link to a BMR calcualter that tells you, based on age, weight, height and gender what your metobolic rate is and how to adjust it for safe weight loss.

I also have a page that lets you enter what your have eaten and calculates the calories and nutritional info for you so you don't have to calculate it.

..the season finale of The Biggest Loser is tonight, it looks like we are using that as our basis for starting, but really that was just a coincidence....but anyways like I said in an earlier post, those people lost 100+ pounds in 17 weeks. I would really just be happy with half that amount in that same time period. I want to lose around 50lbs by Sept.
